AIBE 2024 Negative Marking Scheme
There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. In addition to this, there is no negative marking for unattempted questions as well. The exam is of a total of 100 marks.
AIBE 2024 Exam Pattern: Types of Questions
The Bar Council of India is the conducting body that establishes the AIBE 2024 exam pattern. Candidates are tested on their knowledge of undergraduate-level law. AIBE is a paper-and-pencil test and is conducted for a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The AIBE Exam 2024 Question Paper consists of 100 objective questions covering 19 different legal topics. There will be two categories for these 20 subjects: Category-I and Category-II. The AIBE 2024 Exam will primarily consist of Multiple-Choice Questions. The use of bare acts with brief comments is also permitted for candidates participating in AIBE 2024 by the Bar Council of India.
