AIBE 2024 Eligibility Criteria – The AIBE 2024 or the All India Bar Examination 2024 is a national level exam, held once each year. The exam is conducted once a year by the Bar Council of India. The AIBE 2024 will be conducted in the second week of October 2024. The exam is conducted online, however the mode of examination is offline and is a pen/paper based examination. AIBE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate should be an Indian national.

  • The candidate should have passed a 3- or 5-years bachelor’s degree (LLB) from any recognized board or university.
  •  No minimum percentage is required in the qualifying examination in order to apply for AIBE 2024.
3.Age limit and number of attempts
  • There is no specified age limit for attempting the AIBE 2024 Exam.
  • There is no limit in attempts for AIBE. Candidates can appear in this examination any number of times.
4. Bar Council Enrollment 
  • In order to appear in AIBE (All India Bar Examination), it is a must for the candidate to be enrolled with his/her respective State Bar Council.
  • Candidates must possess the advocate enrollment card issued by the State Bar Council.

 

AIBE 2024 Application Form: How to Register?

 

In order to apply for the AIBE Exam 2024 the candidate need to follow the following steps:-

Step 2- Fill out the registration form with your personal information, including your name, date of birth, address, phone number, nationality, etc.

Step 3- Choose the testing location; a candidate may only select one location to take the AIBE 2024 exam.

Step 4- Candidates must provide papers such as a category and handicap certificate (if applicable), an advocate ID card (if issued by the State Bar Council), an enrollment certificate, a scanned copy of their portrait and signature, and an advocate ID card, when filling the AIBE 2024 application form. The registration number and password can be found in your email inbox after candidates have submitted their application forms.

Step 5- Use your registration number and password to log in.

Step 6- The sole accepted method of payment for the application fee is an SBI challan. There won’t be any other forms of payment accepted. After 24 hours from the time of registration, payment is required.

Step 7- Challan forms should be printed. Pay the required amount and keep the candidates’ copies of the challan on hand.

Step 8- Upload the challan and include information such as the journal number, branch code, and date of the challan when the payment has been confirmed.

 

Step 9- Print off the completed online form for your records.

  • Matriculation Certificate (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
  • Intermediate/Diploma Certificate (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
