    • Mechanical Engineering (60 Seats)
    • Computer Engineering (180 Seats)
    • Data Science (60 seats)
    • Information Technology (60 seats)
  • Duration : 6 Yrs. (Six Year)

 

Important Dates

  • Start of Online Registration: 16th November 2022
  • Online Registration close date of Phase-I: 15th December 2022
  • Provisional admission declaration date (candidate needs to check from their dashboard): 21st December 2022
  • Last date of documents upload: 27th December 2022
  • Last date of fees payment: 28th December 2022
  • Commencement of Program: 17th July 2023
  • Closure of Admission: 02nd August 2023

 

Eligibility criteria

  • “The Candidate must have passed the SSC (Std X) examination or its equivalent, by securing 70% of aggregate marks in subjects General Sciences and Mathematics OR Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics”

For Maharashtra State Board Candidates: –

  • Candidates who have passed Maths / Mathematics (Code 71 for Maharashtra State Board Candidates) and Science & Technology (Code 72 for Maharashtra State Board candidates) are only eligible for admission.

For CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE Candidates: –

  • General Science / Physics & Chemistry with Mathematics subjects’ marks shall be considered in aggregate marks.
  • Other vocational subjects / combinations will not be considered in aggregate.

Note:

  • Only a single marksheet with all compulsory subjects taken and passed in the first attempt is mandatory, no compartmentalized marksheet will be considered.
  • Those candidates who have passed, or are appearing for 10th examination from a Board / University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the Board / University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA obtained.
  • Candidates above 20 years of age are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply (applicable for all boards).
  • Candidates passing 10th or equivalent examination from Open or Distance learning (ODL) school recognized only by National Institute of Open schooling (NIOS) can apply for the program subject to fulfilling the eligibility of the program. 
  • Candidates passing 10th or equivalent examination from Open or Distance learning (ODL) school recognized only by National Institute of Open schooling (NIOS) can apply for the program subject to fulfilling the eligibility of the program. 

 

Application Process

  • Online Registration & Payment of Registration Fee
  • Visit www.bti.nmims.edu / www.nmims.edu for online registration
  • Online Registration Fee of Rs. 1,000/- plus GST if applicable (Please refer online registration for payment details)
  • Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Candidates are requested to select the Preference carefully while registration. The same would be considered for the merit process. Preference/s once selected, cannot be changed for any reason.
  • Internal / Stream Transfer will be not entertained for any reason. 

 

Selection Process

  • Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in 9th or equivalent exam aggregate marks (including Semester 1 & Semester 2, aggregate marks wherever is applicable) AND the Preferences mentioned in the registration form.
  • Candidates can check their Merit result on the NMIMS website as per the specified important dates. (www.nmims.edu/result)
  • If the candidate has entered wrong marks in online registration form, then the candidate will be disqualified for further admission process. In any stage if it is found that the 9th / 10th examination marks given by the candidate in application form is different from the marks actually obtained (as per marksheet) such candidate’s admission will be canceled and fees will be forfeited.
