NBE postponed Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGC) 2022 (December)
FMGE 2022 December Exam – National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the notice for the postponement of the FMGE 2022 December Examination. As per a notice issued on the official website, the FMGE 2022 December exam which was scheduled to be held on December 4, 2022 will now be held on January 20, 2023 due to the Delhi MCD Elections 2022.
The official notice reads, “Pursuant to the announcement of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections by the Delhi State Election Commission to be held on 4th December 2022, it has been decided to reschedule the conduct of FMGE December 2022 now on 20th January 2023.”
Notice also mentioned, “Rest all information and conditions stipulated in the information bulletin for FMGE December 2022 shall remain unchanged.”
NBE has also revised the schedule for FMGE 2022 December exam. As per the revised scheduled, candidates can submit the documents such as Proof of possessing Primary Medical Qualification, attestation of Primary Medical Qualification certificate by Indian Embassy concerned/apostille, Eligibility Certificate/Admission Letter, Identity Proof of Citizenship etc. till December 15, 2022. The correction window will be opened from December 24 to 30, 2022.
The admit cards for the FMGE 2022 exam will be made available on January 13, 2023. The result of FMGE 2022 December exam will be declared on February 10, 2023.
Candidates will be able to access the Demo test tentatively from January 10, 2023 onwards.
FMGE is conducted by NBE twice in a year for candidates who have completed their MBBS outside India and now wish to practice medicine or pursue a postgraduate course in India.
