Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Lucknow M. Tech Admission 2021
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area with minimum 60% or Equivalent CGPI, in B.Tech and First Division in 10th & 12th.
- Candidates still to appear in their qualifying degree examinations may also apply, provided they appear in their final examinations and complete all requirements for their degrees before 10th August 2021
- Relaxation for SC/ST/PwD Candidates: A relaxation of 5% marks (equivalent CGPI) will be given to SC/ST/PwD applicants.
IIIT Lucknow M. Tech Admission 2021 Application Process
- Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website https://iiitl.ac.in/
- Interested candidates are requested to apply by filling up the prescribed form (Link to the application form) and sending it electronically to [email protected] .Self-attested copies of all degrees and mark sheets must be enclosed along with GATE / NET score card (if any).
- The payment details must be carefully filled in the space provided in the application form. Additionally, the scanned copy of the payment receipt must be attached with the application form.
- The candidates are advised to read carefully before filling the online application Form. Incomplete application forms are liable to be rejected.

- For General Category & OBC candidates :- Rs. 1,000/-
- For SC/ST/PWD candidates :- Rs. 500/-
- Mode of Payment :- Online through NEFT/RTGS
Selection Procedure
- Selection based on the Written Exam and/or Personal Interview by email.
- Candidates will have to come to the Institute (IIIT Lucknow, IT City, Chack Ganjaria, Near Sanskriti school, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow) on their own. (Exams and/or Personal Interview may be conducted online depending upon the situation on the day and government guidelines).
