IIIT Sri City MTech Admission 2021 – Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sri City, Chittoor invites applications for admission to two-year MTech program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AL & ML) for the academic year 2021 (Monsoon Session).

Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Sri City MTech Admission 2021
- GATE candidates with B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/ECE/equivalent branches are eligible to apply for admission through Centralized Counselling for MTech (CCMT) 2021 portal
- In the GATE category, candidates should have a valid GATE score.
- In the GATE category, candidates have to follow the procedures of CCMT for the admission.
- Gate category candidates have to choose IIIT Sri City in CCMT portal in order to get admission at IIIT Sri City.
- Eligibility criteria for the Gate candidates will be governed by the CCMT rules
IIIT Sri City MTech Admission 2021 Application Process
- Candidates may submit a detailed application form with supporting documents by speed post to Academic Office – PG Admissions Cell, Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, Chittoor, 630 Gnan Marg, Sri City 517646 Chittoor District Andhra Pradesh, India
- Soft copy of the filled-in application with supporting documents may be sent to the email ID: [email protected]
- However, non-receipt of hard copy will result in rejection of the application

- Application Fee of Rs.500/- (Demand Draft has drawn in favor of IIIT Sri City Chittoor)
Selection Process
- The selection for M.Tech. the selection process is described below:
GATE candidates
- In the GATE category, candidates should have a valid GATE score.
- Gate Category candidates have to choose IIIT Sri City in CCMT portal in order to get admission at IIIT Sri City.
- The eligibility criteria for the Gate candidates will be governed by the CCMT rules.
Non-GATE with an undergraduate degree from CFTI institutes
- CFTI applicants will be screened on the basis of their previous academic records and must have at least 8.0 CGPA
- The screened candidates have to appear for a Coding Test and an Interview at IIIT Sri City
