AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) 2017

Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc. (IT), B.Com (e-com), B.Sc. (Biotech), etc. for the academic year 2017-19.

UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes/colleges /universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates.

Institutes/colleges/universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
Eligible candidates can fill online application form of UGAT 2017 from the official website www.aima.in

Important Dates for UGAT 2017

Last Date for Online Filling-up/Purchase of Form: 01st May 2017 (Monday)
Last Date for Submission of duly Completed Printout of Registration Form at AIMA, New Delhi: 03rd May 2017 (Wednesday)
Availability of Admit Card: 06th May 2017
Date of AIMA UGAT Test: 13th May 2017 (Saturday)
List of Participating Institutes/Colleges: Will be available in March 2017
List of Test Centres: Will be available in March 2017

Eligibility for UGAT 2017

The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board; those who are appearing/appeared in 10+2 can also apply
UGAT is usually conducted once in a year
Mode of taking UGAT
Candidate can choose any one of the two options to take the test: Paper Based Test or Computer Based Test (For further clarification, see UGAT bulletin and AIMA website www.aima.in)

How to Apply for UGAT 2017

Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:
Purchase the UGAT Bulletin with the Registration Form against cash payment of Rs.500/- from listed Institutes or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi.
(Or);
Register online at website link; https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card) payment of Rs.500/-. Detailed procedure is given on the website link
(Or)
Register online at website link: https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 by making payment of  500/- through Net Banking. Detailed Procedure is given at the website link
(Or)
Register online at website link; https://apps.aima.in/Ugat2017 along with a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi. Detailed procedure is given on the website link

Test Centre City

Test Centre City list is provided in the Bulletin; also, the list of cities is provided in the drop down menu for the Test Centre Choices in the Registration Form. Test Venues for Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test are different.
The Computer-Based Test will take place in Delhi NCR only.
The Paper-Based Test and Computer-Based Test will take place on the same date and same time, i.e., on 13th May 2017 (Saturday) between 1000-1300 Hrs.

Admit Card

All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based & Computer Based Test can download their Admit Card from AIMA website link http://apps.aima.in/ugat2017/admitcard.aspx on or after 06 May 2017 (Saturday)
Specific Admit Card is generated both for the candidates opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test. Admit Card contains Candidate's Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address
Candidate has to strictly follow the date and time allotted to him/her in the case of Computer Based Test
