JNAFAU Hyderabad announces Entrance Exam for Admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Design Courses 2019

JNAFAU Undergraduate Admission 2019 - Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts (JNAFA) University, Hyderabad is conducting Entrance Examination for Admissions into the Four-Year Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Design Courses, offered for the Academic year 2019-20.

Course Details

1. Fine Arts and Design Entrance Examination is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, located at Mahaveer Marg, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
2. This Exam is the prerequisite for admission into four-year Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Design courses offered in the constituent institutions of JNAFAU namely, College of Fine Arts and School of Planning & Architecture, respectively for the academic year 2019-20

Eligibility, Intake and Fee Structure for JNAFAU Undergraduate Admission 2019

1. Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad is conducting Entrance Exam for admissions into the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Design courses. Eligibility for admissions into the undergraduate 4-year courses is as follows:

Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Program

1. Duration: 4 years
2. Eligibility: Applicants should have passed in Intermediate or equivalent examination
3. Intake
4. Regular Intake: Applied Arts (35), Painting (20), Sculpture (10) and Animation; Photography (30)
5. SSS Intake: Applied Arts (15), Painting (15), Sculpture (10) and Animation (60); Photography (15)
6. Fee Detail
7. Regular Tuition Fee: Rs 10,000/- p.a.
8. SSS Tuition Fee: Rs 45000/- per annum

 

Bachelor of Design (Interior Design) (B.Des)

1. Duration: 4 years
2. Eligibility: Applicants should have passed in Intermediate or equivalent examination
3. Intake for SSS: 60
4. Fee for SSS Tuition Fee: Rs 60000/- per annum

 

JNAFAU Undergraduate Admission 2019 Application Process

1. The Application Forms can be downloaded from the University Website www.jnafau.ac.in
2. The filled in application along with a demand draft for Rs.1200/- (Rs.600/- in the case of SC/ST candidates) drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of Registrar, JNAFAU, payable at Hyderabad, should reach the office of the Director of Admissions, Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad
3. Kindly note that the application form and fee payment have to be submitted online only; the last date for online application and fee payment is 15th June 2019 (without late fee) and with late fee of Rs.3000/- upto 22nd June 2019
4. The candidates are advised to refer to the rules of admission before filling the application. The rules of reservation and eligibility for candidates shall be as per erstwhile State Govt of A.P. (for details, see www.jnafau.ac.in)
