| The post is temporary and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum period of Two Years. | |
| Postdoctoral Fellow | The SRM Research Institute at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Fellow (PDF) in cell signaling laboratory. |
| The PDF is responsible for performing research activities and experiments in the laboratory on several aspects of research projects. |

Eligibility Criteria for SRM University Junior Research Fellows and Postdoctoral Fellow 2020
| Junior Research Fellow | First class post-graduation degree in M.Tech (Chemical Engineering/ equivalent Degree). |
| Good communication and willingness to take up challenging tasks will be a key advantage. | |
| Postdoctoral Fellow | Ph.D., in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or other related field. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D thesis and are awaiting appraisal are also eligible to apply |
Selection Process
| Junior Research Fellow | Candidates with previous research experience will be given priority, if they qualify in the interview. |
| All original documents such as Age Proof/ Certificates/ Degrees/ Mark Sheets and other testimonials must be furnished for verification at the time of the interview. | |
| Postdoctoral Fellow | Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to appear for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview |
Fellowship
| Junior Research Fellow | Rs. 20,000 per month |
| Postdoctoral Fellow | Rs. 35,000 per month |
