CDS Exam Online Application process
CDS 2 2020 Application Process begins – UPSC has released the notification for the Combined Defence Services Examination 2 2020 (CDS Exam 2 2020). The application process for the same has already begun and will continue till 25 August 2020 .
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, upsconline.nic.in and upsc.gov.in. Candidates are required to the Application fee of Rs 200. Those belonging to the reserved category and women are exempted from paying any fee.

UPSC CDS 2 2020 is scheduled to be held on 08 November 2020. UPSC CDS Exam 2020 (2) is held for recruiting candidates for the course conducted by Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy
UPSC has announced a total of 344 vacancies including SSC women candidates.
Steps to Apply for UPSC CDS 2 2020
- Step 1: Visit the official website — upsc.gov.in
- Step 2: Click on the UPSC CDS 2020 link
- Step 3: In part, I of the registration, submit your basic information.
- Step 4: In part II, fill the payment details and choice of exam center, upload your photo and sign
- Step 5: Save it and take a print out for further reference

The UPSC has provided the withdrawal facility of the application. The applicants can withdraw their application from 1st to 7th September 2020 till 6:00 pm, in case they do not wish to appear for CDS Exam (2) 2020.
Candidates with a graduation degree can apply for the Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy. For Indian Naval Academy, an applicant must have an engineering degree and for Air Force Academy both class 12 pass and engineering degree holders are eligible to apply.
