Tel Aviv University Postdoctoral Fellowship for Outstanding Chinese & Indian Fellows 2018

 

The Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University invites applications from excellent PhD scholars for Postdoctoral Fellowship 2018-19

 

The PBC (Israeli Planning and Budgeting Committee) will award outstanding researchers at the postdoctoral level from India and China under this fellowship Program

Fellowships Details

The selected post-doctoral fellows will receive approximately NIS 115,000 per academic year, for one or two years, with the option of extending the fellowship to a third year. TAU will provide NIS 5,000 each year for the purpose of covering international travel expenses (“travel budget”)

The fellowship period will commence in October 2018 and end at the latest in October 2021, subject to submission of signed financial reports. Fellows will be required to arrive in Israel by 01st March 2019

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the fellowship, an applicant must –

Be a citizen of China or India

Be holding a PhD degree

Be fluent in the English language

Step 2: Fill in all required details in the form duly typed in English.

Step 3: Attach all necessary documents

Copy of academic qualification certificates in English such as Bachelors, Masters or PhD. (If relevant)

Confirmation of authorization of candidate from the relevant authority stating his/her capability of fulfilling all academic obligations and receiving his/her doctoral degree in no later than the first year of study in Israel. (For students who have not completed their PhD)
