B.A., LL.B (Hons), B.Com, LL.B (Hons), B.B.A., LL.B (Hons)

Eligibility: A candidate should have passed higher secondary/intermediate examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less than 50% marks in aggregate

Age of the candidate should not be more than 20 years on 1st July, 2012

Admission procedure: The prospective candidates are compulsorily required to take the Common Law Admission Test, CLAT-2012 which is being conducted by the National Law University, Jodhpur

The prospective candidates are also required to fill in the application form of the Institute of Law, Nirma University in addition to the CLAT form. For More information on CLAT 2012 click here

Only those candidates who have appeared in CLAT-2012 and have also applied in Institute of Law, Nirma University will be considered for admission, based on inter se merit of CLAT-2012

15% of the intake is likely to fill in under NRI category as per Govt of Gujarat Rules

Over and above 15% supernumerary seats will be for persons of Indian origin (PIO/Foreign National (FN) and Children of Indian working in gulf countries and South East Asia (CIWGC) and South East Asia (SEA) as per UGC Rules

Fee structure

Indian Residents-Tuition fee Rs 1,00,000/- per annum (inclusive of all, except refundable deposits, university fees and student activity fees)

Foreign Nationals/PIO/NRIs/Gulf/SEA Quota- US $ 6500 per annum or equivalent in Indian Rupees (inclusive of all, except refundable deposits, university fees and student activity fees)

1st round of counseling and payment of fees: 16th June, 2012

Declaration of NRI/PIO/FN/CIWGC/SEA merit list: 22nd June, 2012

2nd round of counseling and payment of fees: 23rd June, 2012

3rd round of counseling and payment of fees: 28th June, 2012

Last date for payment of NRI/PIO/FN/CIWGC/SEA fees: 29th June, 2012
