The CMAT 2024 exam pattern is structured as a computer-based test (CBT) that spans a duration of 3 hours (180 minutes).The medium of the CMAT 2024 is English. Each question in the exam is worth 4 marks, and for each correct response, a candidate receives 4 marks. However, if a candidate’s response is incorrect, 1 mark is deducted from the total score. Questions that go unanswered or are unattempted will not receive any marks. Candidates are required to select a single option as the correct answer for each question.
Following the challenge process of the Answer Key, in instances where there are multiple correct options or a change in the key, marks will be awarded only to those candidates who initially answered it correctly based on the revised Answer Key. If a question is excluded due to a technical error, full marks will be granted to all candidates, regardless of whether they attempted the question or not.
