The Hard Copy along with necessary documents should reach the Assistant Registrar, UIAMS, South Campus, (Behind Alumni House), Panjab university, sector-25, Chandigarh, by 24th March 2020 |

Steps to Follow: |

Step 1 |
Read Prospectus carefully. |

Step 2 |
Register Online |
|
Step 3 |
Note down your Login Id and Password (login details will be sent to your registered Email Id also). |

Step 4 |
Take printout of fee challan (fee challan can also be downloaded from account using login id and password). |
|
Step 5 |
Deposit fee using website generated fee challan at any SBI branch, minimum one day after printing of fee challan. |
|
Step 6 |
Login again after 24 Hrs. of depositing fee and upload scanned photograph, signature, fill other important information. |
|
Step 7 |
Take printout of the application form and submit/send it along with the required documents (if any) to the address mentioned on the printout of the application form. |
|
Step 8 |
Download your Admit Card after March 25, 2020. |
