Syllabus for Anna University Distance Education Entrance Test 2021

Anna University Syllabus for Entrance Test 2021 – Anna University, Chennai has released notification for admission to the MBA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) Degree Programs  through distance mode for the academic session 2021-22. 

For Admission to MBA and MCA Program University conducts Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) twice in a year, i.e. Academic Year (AY) Batch and Calendar Year (CY) Batch.

Anna University Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) for MBA and MCA Program Admission in Academic Year (AY) 2021 Batch is scheduled to be held on 25th August 2019 (Sunday, 10.00 am to 12.00 noon)

Syllabus for Entrance Test 2021

Master of Business Administration (MBA)   – 2 Years

  • The question paper will be designed to test the capability of the candidates in the following areas :
    1. Data analysis
    2. Comprehension skill
    3. Basic Quantitative ability
    4. Written English test
    • Candidates are required to answer 100 objective type questions in 2 hours. Each Question will be followed by FOUR alternate answers. Candidate has to choose the correct answer and shade the appropriate circle against the question in the answer sheet with pencil / ballpoint pen (black or blue). 

 

  • Evaluation Scheme: While evaluating the answers, one mark is awarded for each correct answer. No negative marks for wrong answers.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) – 3 Years

  • The question paper will be designed to test the capability of the candidates in the following areas :
    1. Quantitative Ability
    2. Analytical Reasoning
    3. Logical reasoning
    4. Computer awareness
    5. There may be few questions on verbal activity, basic science etc.
  • The Question paper will have 100 objective type questions. Each question will be followed by FOUR alternate answers. The Candidate has to choose the correct answer and shade the appropriate circle against the question in the answer sheet with pencil / ballpoint pen (black or blue). 
  • Evaluation Scheme: While evaluating the answers, one mark is awarded for each correct answer. No negative marks for wrong answers.
