Indira Gandhi National Open University launched new MBA and MCom Program in Online and ODL Mode
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched two new programs – Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCom) for students in the July 2022 Session. These programs would be available through the Online mode and ODL Mode of learning. The programs were launched by the IGNOU Vice Chancellor, Professor Nageshwar Rao
As per the Vice Chancellor of IGNOU, this program will be in accordance with the country’s New Education Policy (NEP-2020) guidelines.
He stated, “All these programs have been revised as per today’s requirements and are in line with the recommendations of NEP 2020.”
The new MBA program will be offered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. Whereas, the MCom program will be offered in the Online mode.
Candidates who wish to apply for admissions in the IGNOU MBA and IGNOU MCom course can register themselves for the courses on the official websites. For the MBA course, students must register at ignouadmissions.samarth.edu.in and for the MCom course, students must register on through ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
Students will be able to choose and join the MBA program in any specialization such as Human Resource management, Marketing Management, Financial management and Operations Management.
