Manipur University  announces Admission to  B.Voc and M.Voc Courses  for Session 2021-22

Manipur University B.Voc and M.Voc Admission 2021 – Manipal University invites applications for admission into the 1st Semester of the UGC approved Bachelors and Masters Degree in Vocational courses in line with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) on the following trades for the academic session 2021-22.

  • B.Voc. in Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • B.Voc. in Retail Management and Foreign Trade
  • B.Voc. in Food Processing and Quality Management
  • M.Voc. in Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • M.Voc. in Entrepreneurship and Foreign Trade 

Manipur University B.Voc and M.Voc Admission 2021 Important Dates

For B.Voc. 

  • Issue of Admission form : 30th July 2021
  • Last date of form submission : 25th August, 2021
  • Date of Admission Test (Tentative) : 04th September 2021

For M.Voc.

  • Issue of Admission form : 30th July 2021
  • Last date of form submission : 10th September 2021
  • Date of Admission Test (Tentative) : 18th September 2021

Eligibility Criteria for Manipur University B.Voc and M.Voc Admission 2021

  • B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocation) program (Three years Degree course with multiple exit/entry facility): A candidate who passed 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized Board/ Council/ University is eligible to apply for admission into the course.
  • M.Voc (Master of Vocation) program (Two years Post Graduate Degree course): A graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute/University is eligible to apply for admission into the course.
  • Preference shall be given to the candidates who had completed the B.Voc courses in the relevant trade.

Manipur University B.Voc and M.Voc Admission 2021 Application Process

  • Application forms and e-Prospectus with detailed information will be available from the University website (https://www.manipuruniv.ac.in) w.e.f. 30 July, 2021.
  • Applications can be submitted through online only at the Manipur University Official Website on payment of Rupees 300/-(Three Hundred only) and Rupees 200/-(in case of ST/SC). The payment of the amount shall be made at the time of submission through online mode only.
  • NB : Candidates desirous of applying for more than one course should submit applications separately.

Application Fee

  • For General Candidates : Rs 300/-
  • For SC/ST Candidates : Rs 200/-
  • Mode of Payment : Through Online Mode

Admission Procedure

  • As per the Ordinance of the Vocational courses of the University, the Written-test, Personal interview/Group Discussion and counseling session for admission into the courses above shall be held in the CESD, Manipur University on the date mentioned below subject to the condition that the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the state improves to conduct the admission tests.
  • NB: Candidates who has qualified the National Level entrance tests like CAT/MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/GMAT with valid score shall be exempted from Written Test and shall be permitted to appear in the Personal Interview/ Group discussion directly for admission into the M.Voc. courses.
