Practical Schedule for CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2024 for Winter Bound Schools released
The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the practical exam schedule dates for the Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2024 for winter bound Schools. As per the notification released on the official website, the CBSE Class 10 and 12 practical exams, projects, and internal assessments for the winter bound schools will be conducted from November 14, 2023 and will conclude on December 14, 2023. Meanwhile, the practical exams, projects, and internal assessments for the rest of the schools affiliated to CBSE in India and abroad are scheduled to commence from January 1, 2024. The marks of the practical exams will be uploaded at once from the day of commencement of the exams.
The board had also provided the SOPs and Guidelines to schools for the conduct of Practical Exam/ Project/ Internal Assessments in winter bound school.
For class 10 practical exams, the board will not appoint any external examiner to administer and will also not provide practical answer books. School authorities are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for the class 10 practical examination. However, for the class 12 students, the board will designate an examiner in each school to conduct the exams and project evaluation.
In order to ensure a fair and accurate assessment, schools have been advised to conduct the practical exams in multiple sessions throughout the day if the number of students is more than 30.
CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2024 are scheduled to begin from February 15 and continue till April 10, 2024. The complete schedule for the board exam 2024 is yet to be released.
