Eligibility Criteria

  • UG Course : Candidates should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2022, 2023 or appearing in 2024.
  • PG Course : Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of program.

  • Candidates can apply online through the website https://www.nicmar.ac.in/
  • To apply online, simply pay the application fees and upload your documents.

  • Two program preferences: Rs. 2,200/-

Selection Process

  • Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of the documents submitted. Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises Post Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
  • Valid scores of the aspirants appearing for CUET PG / MH-CET / CAT / MAT / XAT / NMAT / ATMA will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test) for MBA & PGD programmes. Scores of GATE (AR / Civil) will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test) for M.Plan programme.
  • For candidates appearing in NCAT & other additional entrance exams (as mentioned above), the highest score among such exams will be considered for final merit.

Post Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT) – 150 marks

  • a) Quantitative and Analytical Ability – 60 marks
  • b) Data Interpretation – 30 marks
  • c) Verbal and General Ability – 60 marks
  • Personal Interview (PI) – 50 marks
  • Rating of Application (RA) – 50 marks
  • Total – 250 Marks

BBA/BBA (Hons.)/INTEGRATED MBA and B.Tech. (Civil)

  • Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of the documents submitted. Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises Under Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (UG-NCAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

Under Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (UG-NCAT) – 100 marks

  • a) English Language – 25 marks
  • b) Quantitative Aptitude – 25 marks
  • c) Test of Reasoning – 25 marks
  • d) General Knowledge – 25 marks
  • Personal Interview (PI) – 50 marks
  • Total – 150 Marks
  • Valid scores of UGAT / IPMAT (IIM Indore) / CUET UG will be considered as an alternative for UG-NCAT for BBA/BBA (Hons.)/Integrated MBA programme.
  • For B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, valid scores of JEE / MH CET / PERA / CUET UG / Other States CET will be considered as an alternative for UG-NCAT.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

  • Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of the documents submitted.
  • Applicants should Qualify for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper 2 (NTA). They are required to appear for the Counselling Session of NICMAR University, Pune. The admission will be based on the candidate’s NATA score or JEE Paper 2 (50% weightage) and marks of 10+2 examination or 10+3 Diploma examination (50% weightage)
