Eligibility Criteria for SSSIHL PhD Admission 2021

All applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to qualify for admissions to the Ph.D. programme and appear for the SSSIHL Admissions Test & Interview in Jan 2021:

Age Limit

All Ph.D. applicants must be under 30 years of age on 31 December 2021

Marital Status

The applicant should be unmarried.

Academic Qualifications

Applicants must have completed a Master’s degree relating to the Ph.D. program they are applying for (final year students must have appeared for their final exams by the time of the admissions tests) with minimum 60% marks (aggregate) or equivalent grade from SSSIHL or any other recognized university.

Note

Candidates who have qualified in the UGC CSIR (JRF) / UGC NET (JRF) / ICMR(JRF) / ICAR(JRF) National Examination, or those who have secured the minimum score in GATE / JEST as decided by the University every year need not appear for the Ph.D. Admissions Test of the Institute.

SSSIHL PhD Admission 2021 Application Process

• Eligible candidates can apply online the University website https://www.sssihl.edu.in/

• By Email – Apply by writing to [email protected] requesting for an application form with details of your qualifying degree, age and marital status. The application form will be emailed to you if you fulfill our eligibility criteria.

• Once you have filled in the application form – complete with signatures, photograph, contact information (including Email ID and mobile number), etc. you will have to make sure that you collate all the supporting documents that are requested and attach them with the form before posting the application to SSSIHL.

• Filled in application forms should be sent with an Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 200. The Bank draft should be drawn in favour of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, payable at SBI, Prasanthi Nilayam/ Puttaparthi.
