Vellore Institute of Technology MDes Admission 2022 – Vellor Institute of Technology (VIT) Velllore invites applications for admission to 2-Years M.Des in  Industrial Design Program at VIT School of Design (V-SIGN) for the academic year 2022

Important Dates

  • Last date to apply application : 20th May 2022
  • Publication of short listed Candidates : 8th June 2022
  • Date for Interview (Tentative) : 23rd & 24th June 2022

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education alone are eligible to apply.
  • Pass with 60% marks in any engineering or architecture or design degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Candidates must have a valid score in CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design) is mandatory.
  • Upload all semester/year/consolidated mark sheets, Pre Final year students upload upto 6 semester marksheet
  • Aadhar card to be uploaded as mandatory.

  • Candidate should apply through online https://vit.ac.in/

 

Steps to be followed

  • Enter into New User page and register yourself with required information
  • Verify your registered email id and mobile number for the password received from VIT. (Keep this email id and password till the completion of the admissions)
  • Fill the application form. Cost of the application form is Rs. 1200/-. The application cost is non-refundable.
  • Upload your Photo and Sign image on the  application form
  • Upload all semester/year/consolidated mark sheets, Pre Final year students upload upto 6 semester marksheet
  • Aadhar card to be uploaded as mandatory.
  • The filled in Application may be downloaded and stored for future reference. 

 

Application Fee

  • Application Fee : Rs.1,200/- (rupees thousand two hundred only – Including GST).
  • Mode of Payment : Through online mode using netbanking/Debit card / Credit card/Paytm mode

 

Interview

  • The list of short-listed candidates will be published on VIT website or E-mail and SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number and E-mail ID for an interview at VIT, Vellore.
