KVAFSU MBA Admission 2023 in Food Business- Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU) Bengaluru applications are invited for admission to Master of Business Administration (Food Business) at Dairy Science College, Hebbal, Bangalore Campus for the Academic year 2023. This is a two year full time postgraduate degree programme, under semester system. The programme spanning 4 semesters consists of a rich blend of contemporary courses in food and dairy management. The courses cover all the functional areas of management and the students have the option to specialize in one or two areas of their choice. Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible candidates for this two years full time MBA course shall possess B.Tech. (D.Tech.)/B.V.Sc./B.V.Sc.&A.H./B.F.Sc./B.Sc.(Agri.)/B.Sc.(Ag.Maco)/ B.Sc.(Horti.)/ B.Sc.(Rural Home Sci.)/ B.Tech.(Food Engg.)/ B.Sc.(Food Tech.)/ B.Tech.(Agri.Engg.)/B.Sc.(Sericulture)/ B.Sc./B.Com/B.B.M./B.B.A. Candidates who have studied a 4 years’ undergraduate degree programme or possess a postgraduate degree in any discipline are also eligible for Admission.

 

Reservation of Seats

  • The seats shall be reserved in accordance with the existing reservation policy of Govt. of Karnataka. However, no fee concession is given to any of the categories, since this is a self financed degree program

 

Application Process

  • Application and Prospectus: The applications along with the prospectus can be downloaded from the website www.foodmba.in
  • Application fee of Rs.1000/- for General candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ST/Cat-1 shall be paid through NEFT/RTGS to the account of Assistant Comptroller, MBA Revolving fund (Canara Bank, Hebbal A/C No.0425101050836 IFSC code: CNRB0000425)

 

Application Fee

  • Candidate should pay through online mode:
  • For General Categories: Rs. 1000/-
  • For SC/ST Categories: Rs. 500/-

 

Selection Procedure

  • The selection will be based on Written Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview, Qualifying Exam Marks and Work Experience. The details of the Entrance Examination will be released later on.
