Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Ranchi PhD Admission 2021
- Candidates should possess an M.Tech/BE/BTech or equivalent in Computer Sci. & Eng. /IT/ Software Eng. / Electronics and Communication/Telecommunication/Electronics and Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics and Electrical with a consistently good academic record in relevant discipline
- Candidates should have first division or equivalent in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
- Candidates seeking admission should have a valid score in GATE/UGC-NET/CSIR-NET (in Computer Sci., Electronics and Communication or related field) or completed M.Tech with Gate Score.
IIIT Ranchi PhD Admission 2021 Application Process
- Application form is required to be submitted, which will remain available on the IIIT Ranchi website www.iiitranchi.ac.in till July 20, 2021
- i. The GATE candidates will also have to apply through the same process
- ii. After filling the form, the candidates are advised to take a print of your application, fee receipt and other supporting documents and keep the same to produce at the time of written test and/or interview
Application Fee
- UR/EWS/OBC Candidates – Each Program Rs.1000/-
- SC/ST/PC/Women Candidates – Rs.500/-
- The application fee is to be paid by Payment Portal for PhD Admission 2021-22 at SBI collect
Fellowship
- Financial Assistance of Rs. 31000/- p.a. for 1st & 2nd Year and Rs.35000/- p.a. 3rd & 4th year
