|
A candidate needs to register for SET / SLAT / SITEEE and also register for the institutes offering her/his choice of programs by paying separate program registration fees.

Eligibility Criteria for Symbiosis Entrance Test 2021
|
|
For SICSR, SCMS-P, SCMS-N, SCMC, SSE, SSLA, SSCA, SID-Pune & SSPAD-Nagpur Courses:
|
|
Any of the following may be fulfilled –
|
- Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination passed from any recognized board with minimum 50% marks
|
- Equivalent government approved diploma (10+3) with minimum 50% marks
|
- Marks relaxation – 45% marks for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes
|
|
For SLS-P, SLS-N, SLS-H & SLS-N Courses:
|
- Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination passed from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks
|
- Marks relaxation – 40% marks for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes
|
|
For Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) Courses:
|
- Standard XII (10+2) passed from the recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject with at least 45 % marks in the subjects taken together
|
- Marks relaxation – 40% in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes.
|
Symbiosis Entrance Test 2021 Application Process
|
- Eligible candidates can apply online only through the official website https://www.set-test.org/ till June 04, 2021, Friday (Till Midnight)
|
|
Before filling the application form read the instructions carefully and follow :
|
- Any Changes in the online application form (except test city preferences and admission category) will be entertained only up to the closing date of Registration i.e. June 04, 2021. No changes shall be permitted after closing date under any circumstances. No requests for change of test city or category will be entertained once candidates have completed their Online SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2021 payment.
|
- You may register for one paper in the morning session (for example, SET-Law (SLAT) or SET-Engineering (SITEEE), and/ or SET-General (SET) in the afternoon session.]
- Note: For Engineering, if a candidate applies to seek admission on the basis of test other than SITEEE, he/she need not register for SITEEE; rather he/she may apply directly to the concerned institute. (Symbiosis Institute of Technology)
|
- For Engineering, if a candidate applies to seek admission on the basis of test other than SITEEE, they need not register for the same; rather they may apply directly to the concerned Institute.
|
- Upload your latest scanned colour passport size photo at the time of Online Registration. (Your photograph should not be more than 3 months old).. Ensure that the information you have filled is accurate.
|
- However, OCI/ PIO/ Foreign Nationals are exempted from appearing for SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2021 and have to apply through Symbiosis Center for International Education (www.scie.ac.in). For details regarding OCI/PIO/NRI/FN admission process, please refer to SET Bulletin 2021.
|
Application Fee
|
- The entrance test registration fee for SLAT/SET- General is INR 1950/- each. (Non-refundable and non-transferable).
|
- In addition to that you are also expected to pay the programme registration fee of INR 1000/- for each programme that you wish to apply for. (Non-refundable and non-transferable)
|
- The entrance test fee for SITEEE is INR 2000/- (Non-refundable and non-transferable). The same includes the program registration fee of the program offered by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT).
|
- If you wish to take a test in the morning as well as afternoon session you will have to pay the entrance test registration fee for both sessions.
|
Modes of Payment
|
- The candidate may pay through – Billdesk Payment Gateway, Easebuzz Payment Gateway, Indian Bank Payment Gateway & Demand Draft.
|
- Payment Through Demand Draft –
|
- Submit a Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.
|
- Choose the mode of Payment as ‘DD Payment’ in "Make Payment" Tab. Take a print of the payment advice form, fill in the DD Details, sign and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat only at: Symbiosis Test Secretariat & Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Gram: Lavale, Tal: Mulshi, Dist.: Pune–412115

The procedure of Programme Payment
|
- A candidate desirous to submit his candidature to select UG programs is also required to complete the payment process of the desired program before the closing date of payment of the same. Payment towards the programs must be made through the website only (set-test.org).
|
- After making the payment for SET/SLAT, proceed to complete the online registration form (Part II) for Programme (s) registration and the respective institute(s). A candidate is required to make separate non-refundable and non-transferable payments of INR 1000/- per program per institute at this stage.
|
- If candidates want to pay program payment through Demand Draft, make a Demand Draft of INR 1000/- for each program in the name of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat”.
|
Issue of Admit Card
|
- The Test Centre and its address will be printed on the Admit Card. (Admit card will be live on website www.set-test.org from Monday, June 14, 2021 to Sunday, June 27, 2021 )

SET 2021 Test Center
|
- SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2021 will be conducted in CBT mode across 83 cities all over India. A candidate may choose three preferences of test cities.
|
- Note: – No change of test city requests will be entertained once the candidate has completed payment for SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2021. Test City allocation is made based on the date of payment for SLAT/SET/SITEEE. The earlier you pay, the higher chances of securing a Test City of your choice.
|
