Marks: Candidates with at least 55% marks in aggregate at the qualifying examination, 50% aggregate marks in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates

An applicant can apply for maximum of two courses of studies in separate application forms with all enclosures separately
The applicant has to mention which other course he/she is applying for
Once the fee is paid the applicant will not be allowed to change the stream in any circumstances

Photo copies of the certificates, marksheets, etc are to be attached with the application forms
Filled applications may be submitted by post or in person to the Assistant Registrar (AE) of the School
PG Scholarships: The distribution of the limited number of scholarships Rs 8,000/- p.m. to GATE/CEED (applicable only for ID course)/UGC (NET)/JRF qualified candidates
Bachelors Programme: Architecture/Planning
Admission to Bachelor’s programme in Architecture and Bachelor’s Programme in Planning will be made through All India Engineering/Architecture entrance examination (AIEEE-2012) conducted by CBSE, through central counseling board (CCB-2012) as per the prescribed qualifications notified by CBSE in the newspapers and as per directions of the Govt of India
Foreign National/NRI/PIO: Foreign National 10%, Non Resident Indian 3%, Person of Indian Origin 2% may apply on plain paper along with documents and registration fee of US dollar 300 (non-refundable)
The candidates who have qualified from the foreign boards/universities and recognized as equivalent by the AIU shall be considered
In case of NRIs, who has studied abroad for five years in the last eight years of stay and has passed the required qualifying examination from the country are eligible to apply
Foreign nationals who are awarded Govt of India scholarship under various schemes/self financing foreign students sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India shall be given preference

Reservation: Reservations for all the courses will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH etc as per rules of the Govt of India
