Objective
The BCA (Online Mode – Semester Pattern) Program of Sastra focuses on making the applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and attitudes. This program aims at achieving the following:
a) Enable them to understand the basics of computer applications
b) Exposure to tenets in the science of information technology
c) Skills to develop and work with real-time applications

Eligibility Criteria for Sastra University Distance Education BCA Admission 2020
  • Candidates for admission to the first semester of BCA should have passed the Higher Secondary Course (+2) in the academic stream (with Mathematics/Statistics) conducted by an approved Board or any other competent Agency accepted by the Board of Management of Sastra as equivalent thereto.
  • They must also satisfy the conditions regarding the minimum marks, age, and physical fitness as prescribed by the Board Management of Sastra from time to time.

  • On receipt of the filled application form and fee, the applicant will be intimated of the application number by email.
  • Application number is a unique ID for any future reference
  • Application will also be sent a copy of the brochure to the mailing address in the application form
  • Application fee must be in form of DD favoring Sastra payable at Thanjavur
