Maharashtra University of Health Sciences announces Entrance Test for Admission to M.Phil Clinical Psychology Program 2022 

 

MUHS Nashik M.Phil. Admission – Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has released an admission notification for the M.Phil. Clinical Psychology Course for the academic year 2022 through Entrance Test.

 

M.Phil. Entrance Test 2022

  • M.Phil. Entrance Test for admission to M.Phil in the subject of Clinical Psychology at Maharashtra Mental Health Institute, B.J. Medical College, Sasoon Hospital Campus, Pune for academic year 2021-22 will be conducted by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik as per the Guidelines of Government of Maharashtra & Rehabilitation Council of India

  • Date of Notification: 23rd December 2021
  • Start Date for Submission of Application Form: 24th December 2021
  • Last date for receipt of hard copy of filled application form by post or in person: 07th January 2022
  • Date of Entrance Examinations (Tentative): 22nd January 2022

 

MUHS Nashik M.Phil. Admission Eligibility Criteria 2022

  • A candidate, who fulfills the following criteria shall be eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, namely:
  • He is a citizen of India;
  • He is a Domicile of Maharashtra State
  • Master of Science (M.Sc.) / Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in U.G.C. 7-point scale (or equivalent grade in point scale wherever grading system is followed).
  • Relaxation of 5% of marks, as from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / Differently abled and other categories of Candidates as per the policy of the State Government

 

MUHS Nashik M.Phil. Admission Application Process 2022

  • Candidate must submit the hard copy of the Application form with self-attested all necessary documents as prescribed by the University on or before 07/01/2022 by post or in person at the following address:

  • The application must be highlighted as “APPLICATION FOR M.Phil. Entrance Test 2021-22” (UDC Section) on the top side of envelope
  • Incomplete applications, in any respect, shall be rejected and no complaint or queries shall be entertained in this regard, therefore, it is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the application is complete in all respect and is supported by necessary attachments

 

Registration Fee

  • Mode of Payment – All the Candidates need to pay Entrance Test Registration fee (Non-refundable) of Rs.2000/- for Open Category and Rs.1000/- for reserved Category (including Differently abled) in the form of demand draft

 

Examination Centre

  • The Entrance Exam will be conducted at Regional Centres or at Nashik City only

 

Issuance of Admit Cards

  • Admit Cards for Entrance Test appearing candidates will be made available on the University website 07 days before the examination date and will not be sent to individual by post
  • It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to download the Admit Card

Pattern and Syllabus for the Entrance Test

  • Paper I – 100 Marks – General Aptitude (25 MCQ each of 02 marks) & Research Methodology (25 MCQ each of 02 marks) Total 50 MCQ of 02 marks each
  • Paper II – Post-Graduation Syllabus i.e. MA/M.Sc. (Psychology) (100 marks) (50 MCQ each of 2 marks)
  • Entrance Test shall be conducted in offline mode only.
  • The Entrance Test will consist of two question papers each of 60 minutes of duration
  • Syllabus of Paper – II shall be based on Post Graduate Specialization
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers
  • All questions are compulsory.
  • Entrance Exam: Exemptions shall be given as per clause 15.1 (2) of University Direction No. 01/2020

 

Admission Procedure

  • Selection process will be based on entrance examination
  • The Entrance Exam will be conducted at Regional Centres or at Nashik City only. Entrance Test shall be conducted in offline mode only. The Entrance Test will consist of two question papers each of 60 minutes of duration
