MIT ADT University UG PG Admission 2019 – MIT Art, Design and Technology (MIT ADT) University, Pune has released an official notification for the admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs for the academic session 2019-20
 
All the Admissions to the MIT ADT University are done on the basis of the merit as per the UGC guideline. Candidates willing to apply must satisfy the required eligibility criteria. If the candidate failed to appear for the valid entrance examination mentioned in the eligibility criteria can apply to the MIT-NET Exam
 
MIT ADT University

  • MIT ADT University was established in 2016 under the MIT Art, Design and Technology University Act, 2015. The university offers various courses in Marine Engineering, Food technology, Design, broadcasting and journalism, Music, Film and Media.

Eligibility Criteria for MIT ADT University UG PG Admission 2019

  • For Maharashtra State Candidate and Outside Maharashtra State Candidate: Student qualifying in MIT NAT-2019 will be only consider for admissions to professional courses under the University and will eligible for admissions as per section 2.1 of this document.
  • Admissions to all professional courses under MIT ADT University, Pune will be affected on the basis of merit obtained by student in respective entrance examinations as per section 2.1 of this document.

 
Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate (UG) Programs

B.Tech

  • The student must have passed (10 + 02) board examination of State Board or CBSE or ICSE or IB with subjects’ group of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Technical Vocational Subjects.
  • Open Category student should have scored minimum 50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with English as a subject.
  • Reserved Category student should have scored minimum 45% Marks Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with English as a subject.
  • In addition to this, the applicant must have qualified at least one engineering entrance examination like MHT-CET 2019-20/JEE (Mains 2019-20)/other states entrance exam of current year / Uni-GAUGE-E 2018.
  • Reserved Category students should fulfill the criteria of caste & caste validity certificate as per the norms of Govt. of Maharashtra.
  • There is no age limit for admission.

 
Faculty of Bioengineering (B.Tech.)/ (B.Tech.+M.Tech) Integrated

  • All the candidates passed / appearing at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC/12th Board examination or its equivalent examination and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MHT-CET 2018.
  • There is no age limit for admission.
  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least required percentage of marks (as notified by the Government from time to time) in the above subjects taken together;
  • Obtained score in JEE(Mains) Paper-I or MHT-CET 2018 or Uni-GAUGE 2018 or Any Other State CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

 
Faculty of Food Technology (B.Tech)

  • The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least required percentage of marks (as notified by the Government from time to time) in the above subjects taken together;
  • Obtained score in JEE(Mains) Paper-I or MHT-CET 2018 or Uni-GAUGE 2018 or Any Other State CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

 
Architecture Programs (B.Arch.)

  • Specialization in General Management (3 Years); Retail Management (3 Years); International Business (3 Years); Real Estate Management (3 Years)
  • Students willing to peruse Program B. (Architecture ) must appear for  NATA Aptitude Test or JEE Paper 2: All Admissions to Architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) (www.nata.in) or JEE Paper 2 conducted by the Council of Architecture.
  • A merit list of qualified candidates will be made considering 50% marks from aggregate of HSC or equivalent examination and 50% marks of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper 2. The basis for eligibility being;
  • Minimum 40 % (80 marks out of 200 marks) marks in NATA or JEE Paper 2

 
Marine Engineering (B.Tech.)

  • Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the (10 + 2) level examination of State Board of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / CBSE/ ICSC/ IGCSE/IB or any other State Board examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum of 60% marks & 50% marks in English.

  • Age Limit: Candidates whose date of Birth falls on or before 01st January 1999 are eligible to apply for MIT-NAT 2019

 
Fine Art, Performing Art, Mass Communication & Others Program: (BFA/ BPA/ BBA/ BA/B. Sc)

  • Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the (10 + 2) level examination of State Board of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / CBSE/ ICSC/ IGCSE/IB or any other State Board exam with Science, Commerce, Art or any other discipline with minimum of 50% marks (minimum 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
  • Candidates willing to take admission for BFA (Applied Art) must have appeared for MH (AAC) CET-2019
  • Candidates willing to apply for BFA/ BPA/ BBA/ BA/B. Sc must have appeared for MIT-NAT 2019]

 
Eligibility Criteria for Post-Graduate (PG) Programs:

Technology Programs

  • Engineering / Food Technology / Bioengineering (M.Tech)
  • Candidates willing to take admission for M. Tech. program should have Graduate Degrees (BE / B. Tech) in respective programs and must have appeared for GATE – 2019 & MIT-NAT 2019 with score of non-zero marks.

 
Management Programme (MBA)

  • Eligibility: Any graduate with minimum 50% of marks (MBA GEN & MBA Retail), 50% B.Sc Agri, Food Tech. for MBA AFBM. Valid score card of either of the entrance examination CET/CAT/MAT/ATMA/AIMA/AIMA/GMAT etc. If student has not appeared for any entrance examination shall appear for PERA foundation entrance exam scheduled on 27th May 2018.
  • Selection Process: Student is required to clear the following selection process (a) Written Test (online) (b) Group Discussion (c) Personal Interview

 
Master of Design (M.Des.)

  • The basic eligibility for admissions in the Master of Design Programme is Graduate or its equivalent (10+2+3 minimum), the students have to clear the admission process comprising of Design Aptitude Test followed by studio test & personal interview.

 
Diploma

Entrance Exam for MIT-NAT-2019

  • Tech. MCQ Test paper will be based on, English Language – 20 Marks / Aptitude-15 Marks/ Reasoning-15 Marks/Physics -25 Marks / Chemistry- 25 Marks / Math’s- 25 Marks 0r Biology – 25 marks (Biology is compulsory subject for Food technology and Bioengineering students)
  • Tech. MCQ Test paper will be based on English Language – 20 Marks / Aptitude-15 Marks/ Reasoning-15 Marks/Graduate level core subject knowledge – 75 Marks
  • MBA, BBA, B. Sc., M. Sc., MA, BA MCQ Test paper will be based on English Language – 20 Marks / Aptitude-15 Marks/ Reasoning-15 Marks/ Graduate or 10+2 level core subject- 75 Marks.
  • Fine Art, Performing Art, Mass Communication & Other Programs, the Online Computer based exam of Multiple Chose Questions (MCQ), will be conducted based on Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, English & Core Subjects.

MIT ADT University UG PG Admission 2019 Application Process

  • All the Admissions to the MIT ADT University are done on the basis of the merit as per the UGC guideline. Candidates willing to apply must satisfy the required eligibility criteria.
  • In the routine procedure candidate can apply through the online Application Form and then they need to appear for the Entrance test conducted by the University and then has to undergo valid GD/PI round if required. In case of queries can call on the admission cell or can send the mail on admission@mituniversity.edu.in for further queries.

 
Documents required to submit the Online Application Form:

  • Softcopy (scanned copy) of recently taken passport size color photograph with 10kb – 200kb (Dimensions – 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) / Softcopy (scanned copy) of Signature of the Candidate with 10kb – 200kb (Dimensions – 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm) in JPG / JPEG format. Selfie photos will not be accepted
  • All our correspondence including center booking and issue of e-admit card details will be through email only. Therefore, the applicant is requested to get ready with valid email id and Mobile number for contact

  • Interested Candidates has to register on https://www.mituniversity.edu.in/applynow/ with correct information and submit the Application form with Fees Rs.1200 /- through online payment gateway.

Step 2

  • If Your Form Is Incomplete or Unpaid, Search Your Form with Your Registered Email Address, Date of Birth & Application No., After That You Can Complete the Application Form with Payment.

Step 3

  • After declaration of HSC/12th Board results, you have to forward the scanned photocopy of Mark sheets to our admission mail id: admissions.mitsoe@mituniversity.edu.in.
