Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. Computer Science: A pass in BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Chemistry/ Engineering or equivalent degree.
- MCA: BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent Degree with not less than 50% marks(45% for candidates belonging to reservation category) or equivalent grade Or
- B.Sc./B.Com./B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level (such candidates shall undergo additional Bridge Courses as per the norms of Kannur University) with not less than 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to reservation category) or equivalent grade.
- M.Sc. Mathematics: B.Sc. Mathematics with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course
- M.Sc. Statistics: B.Sc. Statistics with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course. Or BSc Mathematics with Statistics as a complementary course with 50% marks or equivalent grade in complementary (statistics) course.
- M.Sc. Clinical & Counseling: Psychology Any degree with 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course.
- MSc. Wood Science & Technology (Industry Linked): Any Science Degree with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course.
- M.A. Journalism and Mass Communication: Any degree with minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade in core course. Weightage: 1. Holders of PG diploma in Journalism – 5marks 2. Three year degree holders with Journalism main -7 marks 3.
- M.A. History: Any degree with minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade in core course.
- M.B.A Any: Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.
- M.B.A.: Any Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.
- M.A. English: BA English/Functional English with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade in core course. BA/BSc with English as Common with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade in common course
- M.A. Anthropology: Any Degree with minimum 45% marks or equivalent grade in core course.
- M.A. Economics: Any Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.
- M.Sc. Molecular: Biology BSc Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course, in any branch of Life Sciences (Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Laboratory Technology or equivalent), Medical, Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences .
- M.C.A/BCA: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent Degree with not less than 50% marks(45% for candidates belonging to reservation category) or equivalent grade
- M.L.I.Sc.: Any Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in core course.
- M Com. Five Year Integrated: Will be notified later.
- LL.M/LLB (including 3 Year LLB, 5 Year LLB, 5 Year BA LLB, B Com. LLB, B Sc. LLB, BBA LLB or any of the integrated 5 Year LLB courses designed by the Bar Council of India) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.

Application Procedure

- The application process has been started for the admission in Kannur University in various UG and PG Courses
- Application form is available at the official website https://admission.kannuruniversity.ac.in/
- The candidates have to pay a prescribed amount of application fee to the University. Before this, make sure that you satisfy all the eligibility conditions.
Application Fee
- Rs.150/- For SC/ST Candidates, Rs.450/- For Others
- Fee shall be remitted by SBI E-Pay only. The Registration Fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Admission Procedure
- Admission to the UG/PG Degree Programmes in the University Teaching Departments/Centres will be made on the basis of Online Centralized Allotment. B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed. and M.Ed. Programmes are not included in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).
- The candidates who wish to apply for these Programmes shall apply directly to the Department concerned as and when the university invites applications.
