Central University of Punjab Admission 2020 – Central University of Punjab invites application for admission to various  PG and PhD programs through the Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2020 for the academic year 2020. Applications for the same can be submitted online through CUCET-2020 website on or before April 11, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria for Central University of Punjab Admission 2020

M.SC Bachelor’s degree in Science/Chemistry/Physics/Mathematics  with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University
M.Pharm Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} marks from a recognized Indian or foreign University and preference will be given to candidates having valid GPAT score.
M.A Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
M.Ed B.Ed. degree with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
M.P.Ed Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) / BSc. Health & Physical Education / 3 Year B.PE with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
M.Tech Compute Science & Technology B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Communication from a recognized Indian or foreign University/ Graduates (AMIETE/AMIE) from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science & Engineering with minimum 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} Preference will be given to candidates having valid GATE score.
M.Lib.I.Sc. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 55% marks {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} marks from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
M.Com Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade {50% in case of SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD} in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign University.

  • Candidates can apply online through www.cucetexam.in 
  • Candidates should read all the instructions carefully before filling up the form.

Mode of Payment

Candidates can fill their application fee through both the modes. i.e. online mode and offline mode.
Online Mode Applicants can pay their fee through online mode by credit card, debit card or net banking.
Offline Mode Candidates can pay their fee offline mode by bank challan. Fees may include GST and other government charges and bank charges Rs. 50/-.

 

Selection Process

  • Admission to all Programmes shall be based on the Central University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2020
  • All Post Graduate (PG) Examination will be conducted in offline (OMR) Mode
  • All the Research Programme (RP) Examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.
