- M.Tech & PhD in Nano Science & Technology: Science/Engineering/Technology Post graduate are eligible for Ph.D. programme and Engineering Graduates & Science Post-Graduate are eligible for M.Tech program (Detail can be seen acnn.akubihar.ac.in )
- Engineering graduates and Science post-graduates students except few branches are eligible to take admission.

- M.Sc. in GIS & Remote Sensing: Bachelor’s degree in any subject of science, Technological subject, Agricultural science, Forestry science and Geography or in any other equivalent subject approved by the academic council of the university with not less than 55 % aggregate marks for General Category and 50 % for all reserved categories in the absolute system or equivalent grade.
- Ph.D. in Geography: Master Degree in Geography and equivalent subjects.
