Eligibility Criteria for Anand Agricultural University MBA and Phd Program Admission 2019

MBA in Agribusiness Management (2 years)

  • Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree with Agriculture and Allied Sciences (Agriculture / Agribusiness Management / Veterinary Science & A.H. / Dairy Science / Agricultural Engineering & Technology / Food Processing Technology / Forestry/ Horticulture / Fisheries / Agril. Biotechnology / Agril. Information Technology and others) with at least 60% for General (55% for SC/ST/PC/SEBC).
  • Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.
  • No. of Seats: 34
  • Fees Details: Rs. 19,600/- Per Year

Ph.D. in Agribusiness Management

  • Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Master’s degree in MBA (Agribusiness Management) / Agricultural Marketing & Co-operation / Agricultural Economics / Business Management with specialization in Agriculture and having Bachelor degree in Agriculture and allied sciences from recognized University with minimum 65% for General (60% for SEBC / ST / SC / PC).
  • Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.
  • No. of Seats: 05

Reservation of Seats

  • Scheduled Tribes (ST) – 15%
  • Socially and Educationally Backward Communities (SEBC) – 27%
  • Economical Weaker Section (EWS) – 10%
  • Differently abled (Physically Challenged Candidates) (PC) – 5%
  • Regular seats of MBA Agribusiness Management program and Ph.D. Agribusiness Management will be offered to Gujarat domicile candidates.

Anand Agricultural University MBA and Phd Program Admission 2019 Application Process

  • Interest applicant may download the admission form from the Anand Agricultural University’s website (www.aau.in) or website of Gujarat State Agricultural Universities Common Admission (www.gsauca. in).
  • Fill downloaded admission form properly.
  • Duly filled form along with the Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- (One thousand only) in favour of “AAU Fund A/c” should be reached to
  • The Registrar, Anand Agricultural University, Anand Campus, Anand-388110, Gujarat on or before the last date
  • After that, the list of eligible candidates will be displayed on AAU website (www.aau.in) and website of Gujarat State Agricultural Universities Common Admission (www.gsauca.in) and the eligible candidates will be called for the entrance test, group discussion and personal interview.
  • The final merit list of candidates for admission shall be prepared on the basis of the score obtained by the candidate in Entrance test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (50:25:25) respectively.
  • Those candidates, who will finally secure the admission in the course, will have to pay the full fees for the first semester immediately.
  • The fee must be paid either in cash or electronically using Debit Card or Credit Card.
