CEE Kerala announces Admission to Post Graduate Course in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) 2021-22

CEE Kerala M. Pharm Admission 2021 – The Commission for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) has invited applications from the candidates who have qualified in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2021 for admission to Post Graduate Course of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) for the academic year 2021-22 in the Government Pharmacy Colleges and in the government merit quota seats in Self Financing Pharmacy Colleges in Kerala.

Eligibility Criteria for CEE Kerala M. Pharm Admission 2021

Nativity

Only Indian Citizens of Kerala origin are eligible for admission to M.Pharm Course 

Age Limit

There is no upper age limit for general candidates for admission to M.Pharm Course. Service category candidates should have at least five years of service for superannuation after the completion of the course.

Academic qualifications

The candidates who have passed the B.Pharm Degree examination from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other Universities recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences as equivalent thereto from an institution recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, and Pharmacy Council of India, with a minimum of 55% marks for all three years of B.Pharm Examination (B.Pharm- II, III, IV year) taken together, will be eligible for admission.

For candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, a minimum of 50% of marks for all the three years of B.Pharm Examination (B.Pharm – II, III, IV year) taken together, will be eligible for admission.

Candidates who have passed their B.Pharm course from Universities outside Kerala will be eligible for admission only if their qualifying examination is recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences before the last date specified for submission of academic data.

Qualifying Criteria

All candidates including Service quota candidates seeking admission to the Postgraduate Pharmacy course (M.Pharm) in the state of Kerala must qualify GPAT- 2021 conducted by NTA, Uttar Pradesh, and should figure in the rank list prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.

In order to be eligible for admission to Post Graduate course in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in 2021, it shall be necessary for all the candidates including those who apply under Service Quota to obtain minimum qualifying marks of 163 in GPAT 2021.

CEE Kerala M. Pharm Admission 2021 Application Process

  • All candidates including Service candidates seeking admission to the Post Graduate Pharmacy course (M. Pharm) 2021, can apply in the Online application form through the link ‘M.Pharm-2021
  • Online Application’ available on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 17th March 2021 to 25th March 2021, 4 PM to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
  • While applying online, candidates should upload the scanned image of his/her recent photograph, signature, and all the required documents/certificates as per the instructions given in the Prospectus
  • No need to send the printout of the confirmation page or any supporting documents to the Office of the Commissioner for the Entrance examination.

For General /Service candidates

Rs.600/- (Rupees Six hundred only)

For SC/ST candidates

Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only)

Online through Debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ e-challan

Selection Process

  • The selection of the candidates shall be made from the rank list prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Kerala on the basis of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2021 and subject to other eligibility conditions prescribed in clause 3 of the Prospectus approved by the Government.
  • In case of a tie in GPAT score, the candidate (including service quota) with the higher mark for B.Pharm (4th year marks / 7 & 8 semesters marks) will be placed higher. If the tie still persists, the candidate greater in age will be placed higher. Those who are not qualified in GPAT-2021 are not eligible for admission.
