SOIL Gurgaon PGDM Admission 2024 – School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon has announced the admission for its two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) –  Business Design Program for the Academic Year 2024-26. SOIL Institute of Management’s 2 year PGDM is a bold and radical step in changing management education. With the increasing demand for innovation in business and creative problem solvers, SOIL School of Business Design launches its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Design & Innovation. The program will have an enhanced focus on Design Thinking & Innovation and will offer a specialization in Business Design along with the regular specializations in Marketing, Analytics, Human Resources and Finance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All applicants are required to appear for GMAT /CAT /XAT /MAT.
  • Freshers and candidates with less than 5 years of work experience are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants may submit multiple examination scores; SOBD will consider the best score provided by an applicant while shortlisting applications
  • Candidates should have a full-time undergraduate degree completion certificate before 15th June 2024
  • Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Graduation type: 3 years / 4 years or 5 years integrated program
  • Stream: Arts/Commerce/Science/ Engg. (B. Tech / B.E) etc.

  • Step 1: Start your registration process by visiting https://www.soil.edu.in/
  • Step 2: Complete the Registration process and online application form by making an online payment of INR 2000 /-
  • Step 3: Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification email acknowledging your payment.
  • Step 4: The applicant will have to select a date for their Design Thinking Workshop (A half day immersion where students will solve real-life problems. It is designed to help us appreciate your candidature better and also provide you a glimpse of our innovative approach to teaching and learning.)
  • Step 5: Once the candidate is interviewed, the Admissions team will evaluate every profile and send the result via email

  • Candidates require you to fill in an online application form by your chosen application deadline along with the application fees. MBA Entrance Exam Scores (mandatory)

Design Thinking Workshop

  • A hands-on, activity-based session built around the Design Thinking process. The students will be taught about the process of design thinking and the ways to practice and implement the learning. The students will then carry out the 5 key processes of design thinking namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test their solutions to a problem. The personal interview round will follow the design thinking workshop

Personal Interview

  • Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the MBA program fits with your plans.
  • Students are expected to arrive at the interview location 30 min prior to the interview venue / Be available 30 minutes before if the interview is conducted over skype/zoomPlease bring all your original documents for verification at the interview venue

Admission Result

  • Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview
