Eligibility Criteria for VIT Integrated M.Tech Admission 2022

  • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with 65% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
  • Age Limit : Date of Birth falls on or after 01.07.2002
  • For Integrated M.Tech. Programs The aggregate marks obtained in the subjects in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 55% in PCM  for the following categories: ​
  • The Qualifying Marks is relaxed by 10% i.e. 55% in PCM for applicants belong to SC/ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.
  • Applicants from NIOS / Correspondence mode are not eligible.

 

Application Process

  • Candidates can also apply online at https://vit.ac.in and pay the application fee through Netbanking/Debit card/Credit card/ Paytm mode.
  • No other mode of application form is accepted.

 

Admission Procedure

  • Applicants will be called for counseling in the order of merit based on the aggregate of marks (rounded to 2 decimal points) secured in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the +2/Higher Secondary Examination.
  • In case the aggregate is same, the order of merit will be decided based on the best scores in Maths, Physics, Chemistry sequentially and in case of tie, the age i.e. older applicants are given priority.
