- Sale of Application Forms Online and Offline: 15th Jul to 18th August 2021
- Submission of Filled in Application Form: 15th Jul to 18th August 2021
- Date of interview: 22nd Aug to 26th August 2021
- Date of Publication of Result: 01st September 2021
- Date of Counseling: 02nd to 06th September 2021
- Final Selection List: 08th September 2021
- Date of Admission: 08th to 12th September 2021
- Class Will Start: 15th September 2021
Eligibility Criteria
- For MCA: Pass or Appearing in BCA/ B.Sc.(IT)/Any Graduate with aggregate 50% and having Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation
- For BCA and Integrated MCA (BCA+MCA): Pass in 10+2(Science/ Arts/ Commerce) with aggregate 45% marks and above having mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Computer Science/ I.P. as one of the subjects
- Final year students in respective qualifying examinations awaiting results can also apply.
Application Process
- Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website www.vbumca.in and www.vbu.ac.in
- The duly filled in application form along with the of D.D. of Rs.500/- for the course BCA/ Integrated MCA (BCA+MCA) and Rs.1000/- for the course MCA in favour of Registrar, VBU, Hazaribag payable at Hazaribag

- BCA/ Integrated MCA (BCA+MCA) Course – Rs.500/-
- MCA Course – Rs.1000/-
- Mode of Payment – Through offline mode
Selection Procedure
- Students will be selected through academic performance of their previous classes and Interview (Online/Offline) followed by counseling conducted by the University.
