- All the Courses offered by CCAE are open to all but specially for working personnel of Government/BankA{GO/Media Houses. Teachers and students of different levels in different institutions.

- Diploma in Epidemiology and Public Health : 6 Months
- Diploma in Office Automation & Internet Technologies : One Year (4 Days/Week)
- Diploma in Data Science : One Year (4 Days/Week)
- Diploma in Santali : One Year (Saturday & Sunday)

- Diploma (Epidemiology and Public Health) Course : BSc(Honors/Pass) degree with Nutrition/Food Science/Human Development/Home Science/Physiology/ Anthropology/BMLS/MLT Zoology Botany/Bio chemistry/BHMS/MBBS from any recognized University.
- Diploma in Office Automation & Internet Technologies : Graduate from Any Recognized University.
- Diploma in Data Science : Graduate from Any Recognized University.
