SVIMS Post Doctoral Fellowship and Certificate Course Admission 2020 Application Process

• The application and prospectus can be downloaded from the university website http://svimstpt.ap.nic.in

Instructions for filling the application

• Application form shall be filled up carefully by the applicant in her/his own handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS and no column shall be left blank or incomplete

• Defective applications will be rejected and no further intimation will be given to the applicant.

• In case, any false information is furnished or that suppression of any factual information comes to the notice during any time of the course, he/she would be liable for termination, besides other actions by the institution, as may be deemed fit.

• Full name of the candidate mentioned as MBBS certificate shall be written in the application and all other related certificates shall also be enclosed and the address for correspondence shall be specified.

• The filled-in application form along with the photo copies of relevant certificates and DD for Rs. 750/- drawn from a nationalized bank in favour of the Director, SVIMS, Tirupati payable at Tirupati or online payment in the name of Director, SVIMS University, Tirupati, State Bank of India, A/C No.: 52089535266, SVIMS branch, IFSC CODE: SBIN0020926, shall be sent by post or in person or email so as to reach “The Registrar, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Alipiri Road, Tirupati- 517507 specified in the prospectus

Application Fee

• Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- towards application fee for PDF courses. No fee need to be paid for N.C Gupta Pulmonary fellowship

Selection Procedure

• Admission will be done to the courses based on the marks obtained in the entrance test

• Candidates are shortlisted to entrance test based on their score in the qualifying examination
