Course Objective
- The main objective of the course is to open up this highly specialized discipline of study to the Indian Post Graduate level and to develop competent practitioners in the field of Expressive Arts Therapy.
The 5 papers per semester will focus on:
- Expressive Arts Therapy Theory (Art, Drama, Movement, Music and Inter-modality)
- Expressive Arts Therapy Skills (Art, Drama, Movement, Music and Inter-modality)
- Counseling Theories, Processes and Skills

- Credits: 48 credits (810 hours)
- Curriculum includes: Teaching contact hours, fieldwork, supervision and research paper.
- Faculty: Internationally Certified Faculty from across the country.

Eligibility Criteria for St Xavier’s College Mumbai PG Diploma Admission 2019
- Graduation in any subject (Provisional admission for those awaiting graduation results)
- No age restriction for admission
- The application will be scored based on academics, statement of purpose, relevant personal and professional experience
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for experiential and theoretical interview. Interviews will be held at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in person or online for out-station and international applications.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to create an audition video of 5 minutes to support their expressive arts therapy application using any one or more of the following modalities (art, drama, poetry, music, movement and photography) to be submitted on 04th June 2019
