Eligibility Criteria for Shree Somnath Sanskrit University B.Ed. Admission 2020
  • The applicant shall be eligible for the admission only if, he/she has obtained graduation or post graduation degree with Sanskrit as a Special Subject with minimum 50% marks (45% for OBC/SEBC/ST/SC/PH) according to the NCTE rules
  • A student who has passed Graduate degree or its equivalent form any recognized University of Gujarat state and other than shall be required to obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate from the Shree Somnath Sanskrit University.
  • Students are fully passed semester 01 to 05 of Graduate Degree or / and semester 01 to 03 of master degree with special subject as Sanskrit from recognized University

For the purpose of admission, the available seats shall be distributed based on Merit list. The distribution shall be as per the following

Selection Procedure
  • Candidates are selected based on their performance in the qualifying examination. A merit list is prepared based on their academic marks and date of birth.
