Eligibility criteria for Gujarat Maritime University PG Diploma Admission 2021

  • The candidates must hold a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and 45% marks or equivalent CGPA in case of SC/ST category candidates

  • Application has to be filled online through the official website https://gmu.edu.in/
  • The candidates are desirous to seek admission to be required to apply online. Only those applicants, who apply online before the last date and satisfy the eligibility criteria, will be considered for admission.
  • Read all instructions regarding filling up online forms, and relevant information are available on the University website.

  • For General Category candidates :- Rs. 4000/-
  • For SC/ST/OBC and Gujarat Domicile candidates :- Rs. 2000/-
  • Mode of Payment :- Through Online mode

Selection Process

  • The admission to the diploma will be based on the merit secured in the Personal Interview and the evaluation of the Statement of Purpose (SOP). The weightage assigned to the admission criterion is as follows:
    • Personal Interview weightage 70%.
    • Evaluation of Statement of Purpose weightage 30%.
