The National Center for Genomic Analysis (CNAG) based at Barcelona Science Park (PCB) is offering PhD Fellowship in Structural Genomics for International Students in Spain, 2017

The CNAG-CRG is one of the major Genome Sequencing Centers in Europe with a park of thirteen second generation DNA sequencers supported by an extensive informatics infrastructure

Responsibilities

Development and implementation in TADbit of a module for analysis and modeling 4C-Seq data

Will apply the newly develop methods to study the 3D conformation of chromosomes in beta cells

Requirements

Master degree in Bioinformatics or a related field

Demonstrated experience in Bioinformatics analysis

Knowledge of 3C related techniques will be a plus

Conditions

Fellowship for 3 years with a PhD salary as for CNAG-CRG’s scale
