Eligibility Criteria for IIFM Bhopal M.Phil Admission 2020

• The minimum qualification for all candidates shall be two-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the field of Sciences/Engineering/ Management and related Social sciences. (The equivalence will be decided by the Institute) or it’s equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized Indian University or Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

• Those appearing in the final year of post graduate examination can also apply.

• The relaxation of 5% marks at the Masters Degree (P.G) eligibility criterion shall be given to Applicants belonging to SC/ST/PD category as per the guidelines of UGC.

• The application form is available at Institute’s website www.iifm.ac.in/m-phil.

• Interested candidates are required to submit their applications Online in the prescribed application form with all supporting documents as required.

• The candidate will be required to register himself/herself on the website to have access to the application form. A valid email address and a working mobile number is required for registering to access the online application form.

• The application fee should be paid online to complete the application submission. The last date of submitting the online application form is November 12, 2020

Selection Procedure

• For open category candidates, a written test and an interview shall be conducted.

• Candidates qualifying the written test shall be invited for the interview. Based on the performance in the interview, a merit list of suitable candidates will be released for admission.

• The UGC/CSIR/ICAR- NET qualified candidates and candidates with PGDFM from IIFM with a minimum of 3.0 OGPA shall be exempted from written test and shall be directly called for interview. At the time of interview, the candidate will present research of interest/area through a presentation before the committee.
