Details of M.Ed. Program

• The University provides many courses through an entrance examination and one of them is a Masters in Education Program (M.Ed.). It was conceived as a professional program for advanced study of the discipline of Education

• From this year onwards, CIE will offer two years full-time M.Ed Program

Duration

• It is a full time 2-year course, aspirants who are seeking to take admission in DU M.Ed. Program can apply for M.Ed. through online registration process which is out now on the official website of Delhi University

• This Program is offered at present at CIE (Department of Education, University of Delhi), as well as at two affiliated colleges of the University of Delhi

Eligibility Criteria for DU M.Ed Admission 2020

1. The candidates seeking admission to the Master of Education Program(M.Ed.) for the Academic session 2020-21 should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programs:

1. B.Ed

2. B.A. B.Ed.; B.Sc.B.Ed

3. B.El.Ed

4. D.El.Ed with an Undergraduate Degree (with 50% marks in each)

Age Criteria

• There is no upper age limit for the admissions in DU M.Ed program as per the norms of the University of Delhi.

DU M.Ed Admission 2020 Application Procedure

• Visit www.cie.du.ac.in and read the Instructions for filling online M.Ed. from given in Appendix of M.Ed. Prospectus. Check your Eligibility according to the Eligibility criteria

• Visit the Delhi University website www.du.ac.in and register yourself

• Click apply online link and fill the appropriate form. As requisite information is filled, you reach the part about payment. Choose mode of payment and fill the details as per your mode of submission of fees

Registration Fee

Registered candidates have to pay the registration fee mentioned below for each category:

For SC/ST/PWD

Rs.250/-

For General /OBC and Other Category

Rs.500/-

Payment – Entrance Fee has to be paid by Debit or Credit Card only

• The Admit card is available as per the official announcement by Delhi University on its official website www.du.ac.in

• Candidates shall be able to download admit cards from the official website as per the schedule given above. No hard copy of the admit card is sent to the candidates via post. To download DU CIE M.Ed Admit Card 2020, form number and date of birth are required

• The admit card consists of personal details of the candidate as well as exam details like roll number, reporting timings, address of the test center, etc.
