Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates seeking admission to BFA Degree Course must have a clear pass in any one of the following examinations with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of five subjects. Candidates with Compartment are not eligible to apply.

(a) Senior School Certificate Exam with all subjects (12-year course) of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi

(b) Indian School Certificate Exam with all subjects (12-year course) of the Council for Indian School Certificates Examination, New Delhi.

(c) Intermediate Exam with all subjects of the Indian University/Board recognized by the University of Delhi.

(d) Any other Examination recognized as equivalent to the Senior School Certificate Exam (12-year course) of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi

Application Procedure

• Students seeking admission have to download the Application Form only from the College Website-https://colart.delhigovt.nic.in through online on college website/Demand Draft issued by State Bank of India only in favour of DDO, College of Art, New Delhi and submit the fee receipt of (online) or DD at the time of submission of the filled up Application Form

• Further, once application form fee is paid, no fee will be refunded by the College of Art whether the application form is submitted/accepted or not

• No application received thereafter will be considered

Rs.1710/- in each Semester

Hearing and Speech Impaired (H&SI) candidates are exempted Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates are exempted

Selection Procedure

• Only for the Academic Session 2020-21 due to the prevailing conditions of COVID-19, and for the safety and security of the candidates admissions to undergraduate (BFA) courses are merit-based (that is, based on marks scored in Class XII Board/qualifying examinations) and marks obtained in the entrance test.

• The Aptitude Test – General Knowledge and Fine Arts subject for all specializations will be held online

• No practical examination (Still-Life and Composition) will be conducted in the campus for any specialization of BFA
