About Haryana LEET 2020

• Admissions to B.E. / B.Tech. (LEET) shall be made on the basis of the rank/ interse merit of Online Entrance Test (OLET) to be conducted for B.E. / B.Tech. (LEET) 2020 by HSTES for the session 2020

• Admission of Kashmiri Migrants (KM) Category for B.E./B.Tech. (LEET)-2020 shall be made on the basis of inter-se merit of percentage of qualifying exam through Online Off-Campus Counseling.

• Admission of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme for B.E./B.Tech. (LEET)-2020 shall be made on the basis of rank/inter-se-merit.

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana LEET for BE, BTech Admission 2020

Minimum academic qualifications for admission to 2nd year (3rd Semester) of B.E./B.Tech Courses:

• Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category) in aggregate in Diploma in Engineering /Technology of a duration of 3 years or more from Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent.

• Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (42.75 % in case of candidates belonging to SC category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject

• Provided that in case of students belonging to B.Sc. stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second Year subjects Provided further that, the students belonging to B.Sc. stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream

• Provided further those students who have passed Diploma in Eng. & Technology from an AICTE/UGC approved institute or B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible B.Tech / BBA / MBA Admissions.

• For Kashmiri Migrants (KM) relaxation in cut-off percentage upto 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirement As per AICTE, seats in lateral entry may be taken up to a maximum of 20% of sanctioned intake.

Haryana LEET for BE, BTech Admission 2020 Application Process

• Eligible candidates can apply online only through the official website www.hstes.org.in /www.onlintesthry.gov.in

• For appearing in the OLET, all candidates should visit the website www.onlinetesthry.gov.in for registration as per the KEY dates fixed for BE/ B.Tech (LEET) courses. All candidates are advised to be conversant with the handling of keyboard and mouse.

• First of all candidate has to select the course name and subsequently submit his/her personal details like Name, Date of birth, Father/ Mother name, qualification, address details etc in online application form Admission of Kashmiri Migrants (KM) category for B.E./B.Tech. (LEET)-2020 shall be made on the basis of inter-se merit of percentage of qualifying exam through On-line Off- Campus counseling on www.techadmissionshry.gov.in

• Before applying online, the candidate should read carefully the instructions available at website www.hstes.org.in. & www.onlinetesthry.gov.in

• Candidates with Diploma in Architecture are eligible to seek admission under Lateral Entry Program only for B.E/ B.Tech. Civil Engineering.
