About the Program
  • The University offers a two years Diploma Course in Animal Husbandry in five Veterinary Polytechnics located at Jabalpur, Mhow, Rewa, Bhopal and Morena, with an aim to produce human resource for the Veterinary Field Assistant cadre of the State Government.
  • The university has introduced a one year post graduate diploma course in wildlife health management

Eligibility Criteria for NDVSU M.V.Sc. and M.Sc Admission 2020
For M.V.Sc.:
  • Candidates should have completed B.V.Sc. & A.H and B.Sc Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% for Unreserved and OBC categories and 55% for SC and ST category candidates.
For M.Sc. Animal Biotechnology
  • Candidates should have completed B.Sc. with Biotechnology as a subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% for Unreserved and OBC categories and 55% for SC and ST category candidates.

NDVSU M.V.Sc. and M.Sc Admission 2020 Application Process
  • Two copies of the filled application form along with two copies of entrance test admit card complete in all respect has to be submitted to the given address by Registered/Speed Post: Director of Instruction, Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Administrative Block, Adhartal, Jabalpur 482004.
  • PG Prospectus and Application Form can be downloaded from University Website www.ndvsu.org
  • No separate intimation will be sent for counseling.
  • Proposed dates are tentative if there is any change it will be notified through University website

Application Fee
Candidates should pay the entrance application fee through online mode
For General/OBC Category Rs. 1000/-
For SC/ST Category Rs.600/-

Selection Procedure
  • The selection will be based on the result of the Entrance Examination.
  • The entrance examination consists of 100 marks in the concerned subjects. The time duration is 02 hours. The Examination Centres are Jabalpur, Mhow and Rewa.

Exam Pattern
The question paper for admission in M.V.Sc. program shall consist of 100 questions of one mark each in the form of multiple choices.
