Admission notice for M.Tech (Energy Studies) 2010-2011

Applications are invited for full time IV semesters M.Tech (Energy Studies) courses which includes theory, practical, industrial training (2½ months) and project (06 months)

Eligibility: M.Sc/B.E./B.Tech or equivalent (in any subject)

Seats: 20+2 (sponsored candidates)

Admission: Reserved 50% through GATE score; 50% through entrance test

Reservation: As per government of Maharashtra rules 50% seats are reserved for SC/ST/DTNT/OBC and 3% seats are reserved for physically handicapped students; for other university students 30%

Processing: Processing fee of application for open category students is Rs 500/- and for all other reserved categories Rs 300/-. This fee is not refundable. The processing fee should be in the form of demand draft payable to the Registrar, University of Pune, Pune-411007 drawn on any bank in Pune

On the back side of demand draft student has to write processing fee, full name, address and department name

Application form duly filled in, along with the demand draft should reach in the name of the Director School of Energy Studies, University of Pune, Pune-411007 on or before 16.08.2010
