Faculty of International studies (FIS) of the university has tied up with University of Central Lancashire, UK, Algonquin College, Ottawa, Canada and AIS St Helens, News Zealand to offer following programmes for the academic year 2010-11 with articulation arrangement including student exchange, credit transfer, joint projects etc

Bachelor of Science: Interior Design, Tool and Die Design, Machine Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Animation Film Design

Bachelor of Business Administration: Global, Global (International Business)

Eligibility criteria: 50% marks in 10+2 with pass in English

For B.Sc Tool and Die Design and Machine Design pass in Mathematics in 10+2 is also mandatory

Preparation of merit: Admission on the basis of merit in ENAT-2010 (1st preference) and qualifying examination (2nd preference)

These programmes draw academic input such as academic know-how, Curricula, student and faculty exchange, joint R&D projects, joint student projects, summer training etc from collaborating international universities/institutes. The delivery of the programmes shall be as per UGC norms. There will be articulation arrangement under which, students may have the option to migrate to foreign institution concerned, if they so desire

Application may be submitted online only at University website www.mriu.edu.in at the link admissions. Admission brochure along with a scratch card giving a unique number is available @ Rs 1200/- from different branches of Axis bank, MRIU campus, administrative headquarters and city offices at Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ludhiana and Jammu. Alternatively online application can also be submitted by making payment through credit/debit card

15% seats in all courses are reserved for NRIs/foreign nationals/persons of Indian origin

Doctoral programmes leading to Ph.D are also offered by all departments of the faculty
