Entrance Test: All candidates including NRI sponsored/industry sponsored (except NRI) seeking admissions to B.V.Sc & A.H. Programme will have to appear in entrance test (ET) to be held at Hisar on 04th June, 2012, Monday at 10.00 a.m.
Eligibility: The applicants who fulfill the minimum eligibility conditions or have appeared in 10+2 or equivalent examination with required subjects (even if result is yet to be declared), shall be issued admit cards by post
In case admit card is not received, the applicant should contact in person the office of Registrar on 30th May, 2012 and 31st May, 2012 by 2.00 p.m. for issuing the duplicate admit card on payment of Rs 200/-

For this purpose, the applicant should bring one photo exactly similar to the attested coloured passport size photograph pasted on application form and admit cards
Syllabus: Syllabus of entrance test will be the same as the syllabi of 10+1 and 10+2 of Board of School Education, Haryana /CBSE, New Delhi
The subject wise questions will be Biology 100 questions, Physics 50 questions; Chemistry 50 question
Medium of test shall be English
All 200 questions will be of multiple choice
There will be no negative marking
Admission Procedure: The eligible candidates shall be required to report on 18th June, 2012 at 09.30 a.m. in the Auditorium of College of Veterinary Sciences for counselling and further verification and submission of documents to the Admission Committee
Admission shall be allowed on the basis of merit in the entrance test and availability of seats and the candidates admitted shall have to pay fee and other charges there and then
NRI/NRI Sponsored/Industry Sponsored Seats: The admission under this category will be given only to NRIs, their children/wards, NRI sponsored/Industry sponsored candidates
The eligibility requirements for this programme are the same as for general category candidates
However, the applicants, who have completed their qualifying examination or equivalent abroad, are required to submit a copy of their certificate/ transcript/marks sheet indicating grades and percent equivalent marks, duly verified and certified by the Indian Embassy/ High Commission in that country, stating that such examination is equivalent to the qualifying examination (10+2) of Indian Universities/ Education Boards
Additionally, they will also be required to submit an application for obtaining the requisite equivalence certificate from the Registrar LLRUVAS, Hisar by paying a fee of US$ 500 (non-refundable) through a bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, LLRUVAS, Hisar payable at any scheduled bank at Hisar
The NRI applicants or their children/wards seeking admission to B.V.Sc & A.H. programme will be considered for admission without appearing in the entrance test of the university provided they have passed 12th standard level examination with 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, subject to verification of its equivalence to the 10+2 examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education/ Board of School Education, Haryana by an appropriate authority
Entrance/counselling fee: Demand draft to be enclosed with the application at office of Registrar, LLRUVAS, Hisar Rs 2000/- for general category Rs 500/- for SC/BC categories Rs 3000/- for NRI/NRI sponsored/Industry sponsored applicants
The demand draft for fee (including late fee, if applicable) should be in favour of Comptroller, LLRUVAS, Hisar payable at Hisar-7
Prospectus fees (for candidates seeking printed version of prospectus) Rs 100/- for general categories and Rs 25/- for SC/BC
Prospectus is available on website of this University www.llruvas.edu.in and at photo state shop of college of Veterinary Sciences Hisar in Department of ABT
Applications received after the scheduled date shall be rejected
Admit cards will not be issued in cases where entrance/counselling fee and late fee, if applicable, is not attached with the application
Date of availability of prospectus: 21st April, 2012 to 21st May, 2012
Last date of receipt of application: 14th May, 2012
Last date of receipt of application with late fee of Rs 400/-: 21st May, 2012
Date of entrance test: 04th June, 2012
First counselling: 18th June, 2012
First registration: 09th July, 2012
Second counselling and registration: 16th July, 2012
Applications shall be received in the O/o Registrar up to 2.00 p.m. on all working days till: 14th-21st May, 2012
